The Week of Feb. 24,2020, New Braunfels drainage department went to work on fixing the erosion in the ditch.
The crew went to work filling in the ditch with rift raft, including small bricks, as well as asphalt millings and top it with with stabilized base (concrete base mixture)
The crew filled the ditch from Lot 58 to Lot 46. Filling in the vertical drop/dam behind Lot 49.
The Green Fence Post is the corner of my building envelope. The equipment in the photo is setting on the easement.
At such time, and once again, I made it clear that the crew was still outside the easement.
